Our Child Development Programme is designed to ensure the holistic growth and well-being of children from vulnerable and marginalized communities by addressing their educational, health, nutritional, emotional, and protection needs. We work to improve access to quality education through school enrollment support, learning materials, remedial education, and mentoring, while encouraging regular attendance and academic retention. Recognizing that education alone is not sufficient, the programme integrates health and nutrition interventions such as health check-ups, growth monitoring, nutrition awareness, and referrals for medical care. We actively promote child rights and protection by raising awareness on issues such as child labour, early marriage, abuse, and neglect, and by strengthening community-based child protection mechanisms. Psychosocial support, life skills education, and recreational activities are provided to build children’s confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. Parents, teachers, and community stakeholders are actively engaged to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. Through an integrated and rights-based approach, the programme aims to break cycles of poverty and vulnerability, enabling children to realize their full potential and become healthy, educated, and responsible citizens.
